Welcome to UpWater and UpHome Solutions. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products, services, and website. By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. General Use

1.1. UpWater provides advanced water filtration systems for residential and business use.

1.2. UpHome Solutions offers handyman services, including installation, maintenance, and home repair tasks that do not require a contractor’s license.

1.3. All services and products must be used in accordance with the guidelines provided.

2. Purchases and Payments

2.1. Payment for products and services must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed upon.

2.2. UpWater offers financing options through third-party providers. Terms and eligibility are subject to approval.

2.3. Prices are subject to change without notice. Any promotional discounts or offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

3. Installation and Services

3.1. UpWater systems are installed by certified professionals or recommended service providers. Improper installation by unauthorized individuals voids the warranty.

3.2. UpHome handyman services are provided for minor home repairs and maintenance. Customers are responsible for providing any necessary fixtures, faucets, or materials unless otherwise agreed upon.

3.3. The standard hourly rate for UpHome handyman services applies per visit. Additional work beyond the agreed timeframe will be billed accordingly.

4. Warranty and Maintenance

4.1. UpWater filtration systems come with a lifetime warranty, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

4.2. The warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, neglect, or damage caused by external factors.

4.3. Customers enrolled in the UpWater Home Care Plan receive discounted handyman services and annual maintenance for their filtration system.

4.4. Customers are responsible for replacing water filters as recommended. Failure to maintain the system as per guidelines may affect performance.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

5.1. UpWater filtration systems can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in original packaging. A restocking fee may apply.

5.2. Services provided by UpHome are non-refundable once completed.

5.3. Cancellations of scheduled handyman services must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1. UpWater and UpHome Solutions are not liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

6.2. UpWater filtration systems are designed to improve water quality, but we do not make claims regarding specific health benefits or medical outcomes.

6.3. UpHome handyman services are provided as a convenience and do not replace the need for licensed contractors for major home repairs.

7. Privacy Policy

7.1. We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

7.2. By using our services, you agree to receive communications regarding maintenance reminders, promotions, and service updates. You may opt out at any time.

8. Changes to Terms

8.1. UpWater and UpHome Solutions reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products or services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
